What kind of flower should be planted in my garden?
My little garden is facing north and doesn't get much sunlight. What kind of flower can I plant?

- Hostas and impatiens and you will be a happy gardener!
- Orchids which are naturally shade-loving plants. The blooms are long-lasting and beautiful. I'm growing orchids in my balcony, right now. The Clerodendrum (Bleeding Heart Vine) which bears clusters of red-tipped white flowers likes a brightly-lit spot away from direct sunlight. These are two of my favourites, and are worth growing in your garden. Happy gardening!
- You could plant hostas or bleeding hearts or coral bells but i think the best thing would look in a couple seed catalougs and find out what you are interested in and then go to a garden center and buy your plants hope this helps.
- A good combination contrast would be Lillies of the Valley and Bleeding Heart. You could have hostas as ground cover. One that I adore for the foliage is the cinnamon fern.
