How to you make a flower garden? With what materials?

I am new at this and I have never made a flower garden box or garden at all. I need to know how to do this and what materials that I need.

If it,s more than three hours and your garden is,nt shady, then most of the plants will grow. Since you are new to this so instead of getting into perennials, annuals stuff. Here are few common names. Roses, Jasminium, pansy, petunia, phlox, lilies,dahlia, forget-me-not. There are lot of other plants but i named few common ones But if your garden has partial shade or less, then your choice of flowering plants is limited. Like lily of the valley, impatiens, hydrangea,cyclamen, rain lily, geranium and lobelia.
