Can a bunny have pumpkin fresh from a garden and the seeds.?
I have three bunnies and just harvested my pumpkins from my garden I already save the pumpkin to make fresh pies and bread just wondering if my bunnies can enjoy some to.

- Yes, but don't give them too much. It's very rich, and may give them diarrhea. Seeds are fine for them, but be wary, they're an aphrodisiac. lol
- Pumpkin can be fed to any animal that will eat it, it won't hurt to feed him a little as a treat. But don't overdo it. Most rabbits like fresh veggies better anyway. Also feeding raw pumpkin SEEDS can kill internal worms, SO they can have 3-4 as a treat also.
- A rabbit can have a fresh pumpkin, but the seeds can't have the shells. Your rabbit can have up to 3/4 of a cup of cut up pumpkin, and 1/3 of a cup of shell-less seeds. But you really have to be sure to get all the shells off and make sure the pumpkin is cut up in 3 inch pieces. This snack is sure to give your rabbits a happiness boost! :)
