Where's the cheapest place to buy huge bags of nuts/seeds for garden birds?

My husband spends a fortune on nuts and seeds for the garden birds during winter months! He gets them from a local rural wholesalers. Does anyone know the cheapest way of getting big sacks of them? We have about 15 bird feeders!!

  5. look for 'feed shops' in your area. for many years I lived in the country in Ohio, and we had bird feeders and suet and the whole 9 yards... feed shops are where we could get seed and feed for at least half of what I paid at pet stores
  6. If you are Hants/Dorset area, then Nutbags.co.uk are cheap and deliver
  7. Where do you live? If you're in the UK look up your nearest Costco warehouse. It's about £3 for a massive bag but you'll need a membership.
