What kind of flower seeds can I plant now?

I am in So. Cal, we are about 90-100 with high humidity. I planted corn, they have all bloomed, so I just cleaned out my garden planter and am wondering what kind of flower seeds, if any, might grow if I plant them now. Thanks in advance

1. The first thing that comes to mind is annual salvias. Most of them bloom in under 12 weeks and they should be great for your area. I live in the deep South which is the capitol of heat and humidity and I can keep salvias blooming until the first frost in November. If you live in a frost free area yours should last even longer. And hummingbirds love them.
