yes there is.... if i was a dictator, i would want to look all fancy-like so i would sooo decorate my threads with metals....... and those little plastic ribbons that go on bars. i might even wear a sash with patches... like yeah I'm a jammin' knot tying fire making dictator. lol

basically to rule a country in the same fashion as a dictator (with only military aspect and absolutely no care for innosence or civilian casualties) you have to have spent many years mindlessly killing enemies because someone told you to (in the military of course) and if you do well at killing people (as in if you kill them brutally enough, not brutally enough, get shot a few times whilst killing people or just rack up an intense body count [like dick cheyney {how do you even spell that}]) then you get medals. thats a funny aspect: you can get hung for killing a person out of revenge but you can get honourable mention if you kill hundreds because your told to.

Yeah, they go raid the local army-navy surplus. Military dictators are usually generals. It takes a long time to become one. I suppose you would get the occasional medal along the way...
