should I go with already grown plants or plant seeds??

2. "All year round flowers" are perennials. I'd suggest you start by checking out www.burpee.com and www.parkseed.com or google "perennial plants" and you will get a plethora of catalogs to look through. Bear in mind your zone, soil type, and sun hours for the location you are considering.....
