when to water seeds?garden.?

im planting seeds today and when do u water ?soon after,whenever,does it really matter?this is my first time to try a garden so please any tips u got. its a small garden about 20x40ft. also trying to keep it with tiller not sure about how yet.yellow squash,corn,potatoes,tomatoes,okra.

1. Water immediately
2. Seeds - every day until they have a few "true" leaves. For newly transplanted plants - every 2-3 days. Established plants - once a week or less, depending on your weather, rain, soil conditions, etc.
3. water the seeds wen u think the soil is dry
