I'm currently around 5'6" and 155 pounds, so I want to lose a little weight and get back into a healthier condition. I wanted to outline what I ate yesterday and see what suggestions people have. Please keep in mind my goal is to lose weight, so if I shouldn't be having any of these things, please let me know. Breakfast: -8 ounces of mixed fruit salad (melon, strawberry, grapes, pineapple) -Small cup of plain oatmeal with 3 small spoonfuls of raisins Lunch: -Small cup of garden vegetable soup -16 ounces of mixed salad including the following ingredients: Mixed greens, corn, chick peas, sunflower seeds, grilled chicken, turkey cubes, plain tuna, cucumbers, peppers, and possibly some other misc. veggies with a dash of Fat Free Raspberry Vinegarette Dinner: -1/4 pound of salmon filet cooked with lemon, dill, and garlic -1/4 bunch asparagus cooked with garlic, lemon (VERY minimal amount of butter and oil in pan) -Half cup of brown rice Dessert: -2 small pieces of chocolate
