What is the best tasting sunflower seed you can grow in your backyard?

I am wanting to plant heirloom sunflowers in my garden. I would like to grow them for seeds. Which sunflower makes the best tasting seeds?

1. Mammoth Russian. The bigger the better. They're mildly flavorful and easy to harvest due to their size. I would recommend Any Large (flowering) sun flower. Buy and plant a few varieties...taste is subjective.
