Where can I get free dollhouse miniatures magazines/mail order catalogs?

I have this dream of having a dollhouse that I decorate from scratch but there are no shops around & viewing online is just not satisfying!

At the top right of the page you can request a catalog. http://www.miniatures.org/newsite/index.php That site is a great organization for people that love dollhouse miniatures. It costs to join them, BUT - I believe you can use the site to look up local shops and/or clubs without joining. If you can, that might be a place to start - some clubs have many back issues of magazines available, or there may be some club members that would be willing to share.
