Is it safe to take one stacker 3 diet pill with a natural (caffeinee free) water pill?

I just purchased some of these: http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_product_detail.jsp?filterBy=&skuId=708523&productId=708523&navAction=push&navCount=9&no_new_crumb=true I really want to try them and seeing as how thanksgiving just happened I am rather bloated from the weekend. I did take a stacker 3 earlier today, but it was just 1 and I drink a lot of water. I wouldn't have taken it had I thought about it before I bought them. Just wondering if it is safe. If not I'll try it some other time when I have not taken a stacker 3.

  1. It's safe because those "Natural Water Pills" are nothing. They literally contain no active ingredients. Quit wasting your money on them.
  2. There is no harm. They do nothing. Of course neither does the stacker 3. THese are unapproved dietary supplements - not approved drugs or medicine.
