Store seeds in mesh bags?
I purchased heirloom seeds online and just recieved them today they are for my victory/survival/crisis garden... but alot of them came in mesh/cloth bags... Should I keep them in these bags? or should i put them in ziploc bags?

- I'd vacuum seal them. If you're a survivalist, I'll bet you know someone who has one. Good Luck
- No - retain original packaging - just put everything into a container (without a lid) and keep from freezing. The seed people know the best way to store. Plant as recommended when the time is right for your area.
- I assume the people that sent you out the seeds got the seed from a company that knows how the handle seed post harvest (proper handling, cleaning, drying and storing) The best way to store your dried seeds is to keep them in a sealed container in a fridge. Do your best to have the seeds avoid changes in moisture content and temperature fluctuations. Exposer to room air will change both over the months they are stored. The seeds will not last for ever stored, so germination tests should be done after three years to see which seed needs to be replaced.
