Need Advice: Balcony Garden in Miami, FL- which plants/flowers should I get?

I just moved into a condo in Miami, FL and have a very large balcony. Any recommendations on which flowers/plants I should use to the fill the space? I'm not familiar with which plants/flowers do well in this climate. Thanks!

1. You can grow just about anything in FL. Your plant choice will depend on the amount of light your balcony gets - which direction it faces. If North you'll want shade plants, if South, sun lovers.
