Pretty parks/gardens in Western Massachusetts?

I'm looking for pretty places to take pictures at...preferrably with flowers and trees..a place to take some good wedding pictures :) So if anyone knows of a beautiful park/garden worthy of that, it would be amazing :) Anything but Stanley Park please...I've been there too many times. Not special at all.

1. Bridge of Flowers, Shelburne Falls Childs Park, Northampton and you may want to consider Skinner State Park in South Hadley also there is a part of MT Tom Reservation in Holyoke where there is a pond with an open field
