is there any where i can buy plant eating insects online that are considered pests in a garden

2. I doubt very much if you will find anyone who sells plant eating insects. How much of a market do you expect there is for garden pests? It should be easy enough for you to collect them from the "wild" if you need them, since they are everywhere.
3. You can get Tomato Horn-worms from Carolina Biological Supply. They come with a cup of prepared food and instructions for care. Horn-worms can be a devastating pest in the garden.
