Where is a great online place to buy packets of seeds to plant in my garden this summer?

The packets have enough seeds for most home gardens, or you can get a bigger packet of seeds for $1. They have a nice variety of seeds and good customer service. Since their prices are so low, it's easy to get a wide variety of seeds without spending a lot of money.
