Are Sears Catalogs From 1960 worth anything?

We have a house that was built in 1929. Through remodeling and what not, we've stumbled upon old things. In one of our kitchen walls, we found this small box from France with see's candies and old unrevealed pictures! Inside the box there was also this small box that belonged to an old kitchen timer. Guessing by the picture it was probably from the 50's. When demolishing a brick wall in our backyard we also found old newspapers and catalogs from 1960! They were mostly in bad condition, but we managed to save a few. Think they might be worth anything? The ones in good condition, of course? Oh, and we also found an old tequila bottle in one of our air conditioning vents! This past halloween, we found out that people like to come to get creeped out because our area is one of the oldest in the city! It's pretty fun to have an old house. We hope we continue to find these little hidden treasures that even though they might not be worth much are still fun to find! Think the old owners did this on purpose? Hoping someone would someday find these things?

1. it's unlikely they are worth anything or at least not much
2. They're not worth very much. Even the ones printed before 1910 don't have much value. The reason being that so many were printed, got put away, and are still around.
