- Rule of thumb, if you can't understand every single ingredient then it's no good. Purified Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Sodium Cocoyl Sarcosinate, Coconut Acid, Babassuamidopropalkonium Chloride, Organic Citrus Limonum (Lemon) Peel (Certified by Quality Assurance International), Calendula Officinalis (Calendula) Flower (Certified by Quality Assurance International) and Chamomilla Recutita (Chamomile) Flower (Certified by BCS Oko-Garamtie) Extracts, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Vegetable Glycerin, Bisabolol (Chamomile), Ethylhexylglycerin, Arginine (Amino Acid), Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Organic Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil (Certified by Quality Assurance International) and Other Essential Oils. ...some ingredients are ok but not all. You should try Dr Bronners soap(might leave a greasy residue if you have hard water because it's pure castile soap) or baking soda soak. 1tbsp baking soda in 2 cups of water. Pour on wet hair and soak for 10 minutes, or at least 5 minutes then quick rinse with water. then 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar(or any vinegar) in 2 cups of water pour and soak 2-3 minutes then rinse with water. There will be no vinegar smell afterward and it will clean better than any shampoo. If you have scalp issues(dryness, oilyness, dandruff, itchiness), there are essential oils you can use.
