A good 360 elite deal?

ok so i went online shopping to wal-mart and found this elite 360 deal. ( since what im looking for is the elite and no other 360 ) the price of this deal is 585.46$.... it comes with all the 360 elite holiday bundle comes with and more.. optional controler- black elite wireless controller, so i will get 2 of the controllers and not one a free game- halo 3 x-box live package- 13 months of x-box live gold, yes 13 months not 12 optional accesory choice- microsoft wireless head set w/ USB heres the site http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5824360 so is this a good deal?
