How to plant organic potatoes ?

I'm starting a garden and i got organic potatoes instead of seed potatoes. My question is how do you plant/grow them ?

1. same as non organic potatoes. read the package instructions -after prepping the garden & drip system, you can mound some soil, plant the potatoes, and cover with soil & mulch.
2. The same as regular seed potatoes. I like to plant them whole, I'm not big on cutting out the seed eyes. Plant them 3 inches under ground and hill them as they grow.
3. I think you plant them the same as any other. The organic part comes in from not using pesticides that aren't organic or any other product on them that isn't organic certified.
