What are the best stores for womens clothing?

I'm about to be 20 years old and I don't really have one specific style. I'll try almost anything as long as it's classy. The malls near my house are closing a lot of good stores and I'm running out of options and I'm starting to do a lot of online shopping but I'm not too sure where to look. Any suggestions?

If you are under a size L you can try Forever 21, Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, Buckle, otherwise there is Torrid, Old Navy, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Alloy.
However i'm only a teenager, we prefer stores like Aeropostale, Hollister, and stores like that. They do have many choices for adults, but i would suggest maybe American Eagle, Victoria Secrets, they have more adult like clothing. My mother, whom is 30 a fan of Charlottee Russe, and Debs. They have some good selctions, i think. Hope i helped you out. :)
