Free Garden Catalogs

Gardening Bulbs website or catalog?

Does anyone know of a website or free catalog (besides the Michigan Bulb Co or Wayside gardens) that offers bulbs or plants for sale THAT ALSO offers them in a package with a guide blueprint of what to plant where. For example: A Garden Bulb Variety Mix that has some bulbs that bloom in Spring, in summer, in Fall, etc..and a Map of where to plant what. Thank you.

  1. I havent had the best of luck with bulbs purchases in catalogs. However, all the local nurseries sell them and will certainly give you all the advice you need.
  2. Hi: There are two companies on my website that both sell bulbs. Dutch Gardens from Holland and Park Seed Company from the United States. They are both very good companies and provide excellent bulbs, seeds and plugs. I will link you to my affiliate page and also my site map. Feel free to browse through the site map page as it has everything that is on the website. There may be some information for you on suggestions and tips for planning, prepping and planting. I hope this has helped some and good luck to you. If you need more suggestions, please feel free to contact me at the website. Have a great day! 3. This is a list of the most reputable. That don't send tiny little things called bulbs lol! There are several more but I'm not sure if they are as reputable. Gilbert H Wild and Son They offer planting help and catalogs http://www.gilberthwild.com/ Burpee http://www.burpee.com/category/flowering+bulbs.do Park seed http://www.parkseed.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StoreCatalogDisplay?storeId=10101&catalogId=10101&langId=-1&mainPage=homebulbs&cid=ppp000930y
  4. Hi, try this. Go into Google or Yahoo image search. Key in garden bulbs or garden catalogs or whatever you think best describes the item you're looking for. Voila, you now have thousands of photographs to choose from. Most images link to a website for more information.
  5. There are a lot of them, I have ordered from Brecks for years. They have always had top quality bulbs and have a good variety, and instructions are clear. Prices are pretty good, and they do have bulb mixes. You might have to buy more than one to get the mix you want. http://brecks.com/ Another good one is Nature Hills Nursery: http://www.naturehills.com/
  6. I grow nothing but bulbs and flowering plants that I can cut, so I know where to go for both! Here is my choice: (Catalog is free) http://www.whiteflowerfarm.com Great packages - choice bulbs - a bit pricey but worth it Also, if you want to really check out who offers what by mail and who offers it well, go to: http://davesgarden.com/products/gwd/ This is the best site for gardeners! It includes so many search resources as well as ratings for each company. Happy gardening, and I hope this helps!
