Where can I get free vegetable seeds for my Garden.?

I would like to plant a garden this year due to the economy being so poor. The vegetables will all so be given to people in need. Please help. Thank You

1. Nothing's free, unless you go and ask someone who already grows veggies for their seeds.
2. I am not sure where to get free seeds but I know you can collect some seeds after this years crops and you can do the same each year without spending another penny. Seeds aren't that expensive though but if you do plan on using them year on end make sure they are Organic and not a Hybrid which will not produce but once.
3. I am also looking for free vegetable seeds...All I did was google search free vegetable seeds or free seed banks and it gave me several sites that offer fre seeds...good luck.
