Is This A Good Mobile Phone Contract?

I am a novice at choosing Mobile Phone Contracts.. I wanted the Nokia N900 with free (or near enough) internet (the whole point of the phone is social networking :S) and not having to pay a huge monthly fee... I found this, but is it ok?
