is this a fraudulent claim order form for a catalogue...?

my mother keeps getting order forms for swiss home shopping saying if she orders something she will be sent a certain amount of money ranging from £15 thousand to 22 and a half thousand....too good to be true but she has received three with different amounts of prize money. have any of you in united kingdom had anything to do with this catalogue at all? thanx

1. No, it's probably not a fraud, it's just mass mail, enough suckers will buy the 'entry entitlement' purchase, maybe £25 and receive goods or vouchers or 'money off' deals for future purchases..it's all in the wording of the marketing/advertising and agreement small print. Mine go in the file for junk mail, (waste paper bin for recycling).
2. I've had stuff like this from catalogues, if she did accept and start shopping with them they'd probably send her £15, its just to try and reel you in to make you start using their catalogue by dangling free cash under your nose, just chuck em away, i do!!
