Where did you get your plants?

Hello! As i anxiously await the arrival of spring,i ponder the same question " Where am i going to buy my plants?" However i usually just go to some road stands or a plant shop for them. This year however, i want to purchase my plants and seeds from a big nursery or something like that. So in the past week i have searched the internet a sent many , upon many of FREE catalogs to my house. So, i was wondering" Where did you buy your plants if you bought them from a catalog?" Also if you did buy them from a catalog"What did you buy, and were you happy with them?" Any input would be great!

1. Hi! I get my house plants from cuttings, I also like to swap plants with family members and neighbors. As for my outdoor garden, nothing beats catalogs and nurseries. You'd be surprised what new things they have in the catalogs. I haven't been disappointed yet!
2. I buy mine from greenhouses and grow my own from seeds. If you buy plants from catalogs, you can usually find different kinds of plants that you can find in most greenhouses, the catalogs will have more of a variety. I have never ordered from a catalog though, but have thought about it.
3. I take cuttings, buy seeds, and also buy from local nurseries.
4. raintree nursery is nice, and i strongly recommend not buying from the willis orchard tree company, there a scam.
