Why isn't my broccoli making heads? ?

It has been growing nearly two months and it has huge leaves. There is not the slightest sign of a head. The seed catalog says it should be ready in 60 days. It is almost 60 days and there are no heads.

1. Sixty days is a general guideline, and that's usually from seedling to vegetable. Be patient, broccholi actually grows better in cool weather and can tolerate mild frost. You can learn more about your local growing conditions by checking with your local cooperative extension service.
