I have a lone kohlrabi plant growing in my garden. How do you cook it?
The seed must've been a stowaway in my store bought seed packet.Came up as a single plant among the brussels sprouts.lol.I need to pull it now cuz it looks big enough, like a large orange.

- Love those Kohl Rabi. You can peal and eat it raw, or dice and boil till tender. Add a little butter after draining. You could also dice and put in a pot of home made soup. Tastes like a cross or a radish and cabbage.
- kohlrabi gets very large if grown right! so you may need to wait to cook it,,,, it is similar to and sometimes planted close to brussels and califlowers youngs ones can be eaten fresh,, olders ones can be steamed or boiled etc
