Buying Online Across USA ?

I want to Buy some baseball caps , shirts , etc, From USA but im not sure if countries in Europe ( Germany ) are allowed or will be deiliveired there ?? , the items i want are mostly from this site: http://shop.mlb.com/home/index.jsp?clickid=topnav_teamTab_txt But when i go *checkout* , it says i have to put in a state etc...??
