when do prom dress catalogs go on sale?

my daughter and i live about 60 miles away and we thought it would be easier if i bought tow of the same catalog for us to go thru togethr at our own homes before shopping in sotres or online, but i can't find anyy anyhere......her first dance (winter formal is mid february adn then prom in may) so times's cutting close)-- I'lm not even lookingfor free, I'll pay but bookstores tell me they don't get then in untilfebruary or march (which i though was late!) any help?
