dell or lenovo?? for home/student use?

1. i would go with dell.....leveno is known more for professional use but they are a trustworthy brand
2. or mini laptops if you don't play 3D pc games equip with atom processor, 1GB ram, SSD or HDD, 8.9 - 10.2inch LED backlight screen, start at only $299
