Where can I buy a Plumeria potted plant?

I'm looking for a Plumeria plant - potted, not cuttings. Does anyone know where I can buy one in person (I know I can order it online, but I need it by the 21st)? Is there a common store such as Walmart's garden center that carries it?

1. If your local Wal Mart does not have one in stock they may be able to order you one. My suggestion would be to find a local Nursery or Feed store. Your local florist may also be able to help. Good luck, I hope you find one.
2. Generally speaking it is still early in the season to try and find a potted plumeria for sell at a major vendor like Home Depot or Walmart, they are just starting to wake up from their winter hibernation. If you are located in Hawaii, Southern California, Texas or Florida, there several growers in each of those states that maybe able to get you a potted plumeria.
