I need these shoes and can't find them anywhere!!?

My best friend had a pair of shoes stolen from him at a party and I would love to get him a new pair for Christmas. Only problem is I can't find his size or really this shoe any more anywhere. Has anyone seen them? I need them in a size 9 and willing to pay almost anything for them.
