iPod Touch VS. Ematic!?

Ok I want to get the ematic because it is cheap($45) and has everything i want in it-video,pics,recorder,movie watching,downloads. Except the iPod Touch is wayyyy cooler with games, internet, and different apps. It is also on sale 2day (Black Friday) for $178.00.
