Is this a good deal for a Xbox 360 from Future Shop?

You get is this: Xbox 360 Pro: $350 + canadian tax Gears Of War: $60 value....free! Halo 3: $60 value....free! Total = around...... $400 and I have $650 Should I get it for my birthday coming up in July?

2. Yeah thats a great deal. They are however going to be releasing a new Jepser chip in August with the Xbox 360, which makes it run cooler and more quiet. But if you dont want to wait the versions with the Falcon chip are good too. If it dont come with the Falcon don't buy it. The Xbox 360s original chip set had overheating problems and RROD, red ring of death. I have a Xbox 360 Elite with the Falcon chip, it doesn't overheat at all. Im sure now 90% of the stores are only selling Falcons, but there are some old chips out there. BTW- I also own a PS3, they are cool too, but not much different then the 360 and I think they are overpriced. The graphics are pretty much the same, some say 360s better others say PS3 is better. The 360 has a ton more games though, and cool exclusives like Gears of War 2 coming out later!!!
