Buying Plants Online?

I want to purchase perinials online without paying an arm and a leg for shipping or the plant itself. Im looking for like a walmart online that sells plants HA HA HA. I cant seem to find all the plants I need at the local Lowes for my pre made garden idea from BHG.com

1. Instead of shopping at Walmart or Lowes, visit a local nursery. They usually have a good selection of plants that will thrive in your area. You can take the BHG garden ideas to them, and if they don't have the exact plants you want, they can offer you suggestions of what else would work. Personally, I wouldn't trust buying plants online unless they had a 100% money back guarantee with free shipping, and I don't think there are any sites out there like that.
2. I have had fabulous luck with Four Seasons Nursery. Very cheap plants and they look good when they arrive. Try www.4seasonsnurseries.com You cant beat the prices and the plants are good. I have also received beautiful plants from Jung Seeds but they are more expensive than Four seasons. One example from 4 seasons is 100 vinca vine plants for "12.95.
3. I like Amazon.com. They have a huge selection of seeds, bulbs and live plants from many different sellers. I can find just about any rare seed or plant from their website and most of the time, the shipping is free.
4. Personally as a professional landscaper, I would not buy plants, flowers, or any kind of living plant on the Internet. I want to look to see what kind of shape the plant is in before I buy it, because they say a picture is worth a thousand words, yes that is true, but pictures can also used to be deceiving and manipulate you into buying something that is not what you are going to expect. You may be better to look at a nursery that is known for shipping in plants for particular orders because they are trained in that area, and know how to handle the situation if something does not come the way it is expected. Just my professional take on the subject, take the advice what it is worth.
