1. The prices of firearms fluctuate quite a bit anyway and they've been very volatile in the last year. Since that is the case, its really only wholesale distributors who print catalogs off anymore. You might be able to head to a local pawn shop or gun store and see if they'll give you an old copy (from a few months ago), but they normally keep them because they don't want anybody to know their profit margin. They will normally let you look at them though. You can't get on a mailing list for these catalogs without a federal firearms license. Your best bet is just to look at posting sites and auction sites for firearms to get pricing.

3. I would think that you could go to the web sites for the manufacturer that you are interested in and request one. Most gun shops have displays of manufacturers catalogs.
