Looking for the name of a loose leaf mail order catalog I used to receive?

I used to receive 2 different loose leaf mail order catalogs, one of them is Starcrest of California, but I can not remember the name of the other one. Unlike most catalogs, these are just loose pages and they come in an envelope, instead of a magazine form. They have great prices and shipping is always free if you order just a few items no matter how little you spend.
