pampered chef online show question?

Hello! I'm hosting a pampered chef show and have people from out of state that I would like to have shop online. I sent the first email out a week ago and some just responded "cannot attend", well no kidding. I sent in the first email a request to take a look at the catalog online and shop online. Can someone please help me write a note in this secondary email please?? I need to write something like "sorry you cannot attend but please feel free to look online and shop online" aghhh, not sure how to word it, please help! thanks!

  1. The trick is to always make the request in a way that's answers their question, "What's in it for me?" For example, if they shop online for this party will they be entered into a drawing to win something the same way they would if they were at the party. Or can you give a small free gift for participating or free shipping? If there's nothing like that then make a plea to them to help you by shopping. Tell them how shopping for the party will help you earn free merchandise and you'll be forever grateful. LOL! Also some people just don't like to so if they don't want to go online is there time to mail them a catalog and have them send the order to you with a check?
  2. Honesty is always the best policy. Tell them what you are hoping to get. Thank them in advance for their order and be sure and thank them after the show. Give them the website to view a catalog online and if they have heard of PC then they will love to help you. Also be sure to let them know the specials like the 20% off unglazed stoneware this month. Good luck,
