Hey im on Panoxyl for acne help please?

hey i just started panoxyl a few days ago! it feels great but my skin feels tight and dry but not so flaky and i know this is good but should i use a oil free moisturizer or no? because my skin gets acne from all the oil and sweat so is it better not to use a moisturizer because i can live with out it but using it would be better. so should i use it or not. basically is it better to use a moisturizer or no moisturizer on my skin because i get acne due to sweat and my oily skin also if it is good to use a moisturizer is this one good http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_product_detail.jsp?filterBy=&skuId=103020&productId=103020&navAction=jump&navCount=3 if not anything better thanks

1. YES. use a moisturizer. It does help. I would recommend Clean & clear, dual action. it helps treat pimples too, :) it's great.
