UK shopping catalogues confusion? Why are they all the same?
Why is it that the Littlewoods, Marshall Ward, Grattans, Choice, Choice for you, Abound, Kays and Additions catalogues are all excactly the same apart from the name and the fact that some have slightly different prices? What is the point in this?

- It's coz the parent companies are the same - good for tax fiddles - losses can be written off against tax for the poorest performing company
- Because they all draw their goods from a common warehouse or direct supplier, and many are the same company trading in different names.
- Many of them are owned by the same company.
- most of them are owned by Great Universal Stores.
- I have noticed this aswell there is no variety
- cos they all come from the same "supplier"..they just have like different models and different prices and different ways to advertise..
- because they all sell the same crap imported from China at about one tenth the price they are selling it for.
