where can i buy a jade vine plant or seeds?

I visited Cambridge Botanical gardens yesterday and growing in one of their stunning green houses i saw the most dazzling flowers i have ever seen, a jade vine (check out google they have pictures of that particular flower). Its the most remarkable green/blue colour. I would love to grow one does anyone have seeds or a plant for sale please. I would recommend anyone thats interested to take a trip to The Cambridge Botanical gardens this may/june to see this and the rest of the gardens they rate as one of the best in the country and is free for under 16's and only £4.00 for adults (take a picnic)
