Where to get womens clothing bigger than 7xl?

I can't find any womens clothing higher than 7xl. My cousin is extra plus size and cannot find any clothing higher than size 36! Where can I?

1. i would think they would need to be specially made. that would make that person 4-500 lbs. most that are around 300lbs fit into 3x or maybe 4x. good luck
2. Perhaps you could make a shirt from a nice bedsheet.
