How well will these 2 new upgrades allow me to play World of Warcraft on my computer?

I plan on getting an ATI Radeon HD 4650 PCIE 512MB GDDR3 Video Card http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0665000FS10119602&catid= And a 400W Power supply to run it: http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0665000FS10086685&catid= How well will this new card run games like World of Warcraft. Would it be able to play it on the max settings or close to it? And if it could what Frame rates would I get. I don't mind if I can't get it fully maxed because I've been using an intergrated piece of crap for the past 3 years that runs WoW on about 20 FPS on lowest settings lol. Also if I turned it to lowest settings would I be able to play games like Call of Duty 4? The reason I am buying these 2 items from Future Shop is because I'm no computer builder and since I bought my computer from there they will install both for free. I don't play to much either thats why I just want a cheap upgrade thats only gonna cost around $200. Specs: It is running in a regular PCI-E (not 2.0) slot where it should be in a PCI-E x16. This may mean loss of speed but that doesn't bother me to much since I'm used to slow cards that can hardly do anything, 1GB of PC3200 Ram, 3.06Ghz Thanks for all of the help!

1. Yes these upgrades are fantastic, the ATI Radeon hd series is a very nice series of graphics cards... I just think you might want more ram but I still think 1gb will be fine, YES YOU CAN RUN World Of warcraft...
