I have a small clothing company and would like to send my catalog to a correctional facility.?

Can anyone tell me how to go about doing this? I believe it would be great business for my small company. Thanks

1. Contact the governer and ask them. It could be that they do not have facilities to make the payments and receive the goods. A lot more difficult than normal.
