Name Of Clothing Catalog From 5+ Years Ago ??

What made this catalog different was that they would sell 1 bra with 2 matching panties or thongs. They had VERY INEXPENSIVE women's clothing and they had little girls clothing in the last few pages of the end of the catalog. The clothes were nothing too beautiful but my mother and I are going insane trying to remember the name of this catalog. I used to buy a pack of 3 tank tops. They all had a different neck line. Somebody PLEASE help us!!!!! I know for a fact they had a website also. Any suggestions? I've already tried Catalogs.com and had no luck there. No, none of them! It was for adults, not teens.
