where can one find garden seeds for instance like ten packs for dollar?

just really curious as to what stores are offering the real deals on the packs of garden seeds this year..as i went to dollar general whom is only offering seeds at 3 packs for a dollar?when last year they were 4 for a dollar ..

1. They get very cheap after the season. Buy them after the season and keep them for the following year. I don't think you will find new ones for 10 for a dollar.
2. Gardening is a pretty popular hobby when economic times are bad, like now, and inexpensive seeds are often outdated seed from previous years, or unpopular varieties. It generally takes more money than this to grow, package and market good quality seeds. However, if you want some really inexpensive seeds, look into seed saving and the various seed saving exchanges. Seeds don't have to cost you any money at all, if you get them from plants themselves or from other gardeners.
3. I found them at the dollar store. Look for a different store.
4. Walmart has a rack that is like .11 or .15 cents a pack- they are smaller packs but for a small garden might do. I cannot vouch for quality but my daughter did buy a flower pack of them of sweet peas last year and they grew fine.
