How come H&M doesnt have online shopping in English?

I love H&M clothing, but there isnt a store anywhere near Oklahoma where I live, and I tried to shop online aand everything is in Dutch or whatever. Do any of you know how to shop them? Do they have a catalog?

2. You cant buy it online from the US There is a site though u just needed to change the country http://www.hm.com/us/#/startns/
3. Im guessing beacuse they want you to buy gas and drive there.
