Is it ok to water garden with warm water?

We are currently under strict water restrictions due to the drought and are only aloud to use recycled water such as from bath, dishwater or washing machine to water plants. As I have a toddler I dont like to leave water sitting in bath, so hoping it is ok to use warm water so I dont have to wait for it to cool.

Yes it is fine, the plants will actually absorb it quicker.
Shouldn't hurt a thing. If it were boiling water, well...Great idea to conserve!
100% okay, and because of the soap residue, may even kill a few insects.

Should be OK, if your body can take it, so can the soil.
We have a direct hose hook-up to our washing machine. It is piped directly to the garden. Everytime the washer drains out it waters the garden and trees. We haven't had any bug problems in the garden this year because of the soap. We have a very nice garden. The only thing is that if you are growing carrots or some other underground vegetables they taste like soap when you eat them. But any top of the ground things can tolerate the warm water and soap just fine.
warm water works better for the plants...just make sure the chemicals in the water due to soap and detergent are mild.
